 How are your books different from other personalised books?

Most businesses offering personalised children’s books produce books using cut and paste tools to customise the main features. Unfortunately, many of the ‘customising’ strategies are simply changing the hair or skin colour of the character. Farward stories develops unique illustrations per order, so your little reader has a one-of-a-kind book developed just for them! Our books are inclusive and aim to represent and celebrate the diversity of every little reader out there.

 What sort of photos do you require?

We require 3 photos of the little one receiving the book, with facial features easily visible for our illustrator to develop a quality and well-defined representation.

 What payment types are accepted?

 We accept Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Google Pay, shopify payments, Amex.

 How long does it take to receive my personalised book?

 Our artist requires 5-10 days to complete the illustrations before it is sent to a local Brisbane company for printing and binding, which takes approximately 3-4 weeks. We then ship it directly to you from Brisbane, with shipping timeframes dependent on where you live.

 What if I am dissatisfied with the product?

 We are certain you won’t be, however, refer to our ‘Refund Policy’ available on our website at www.farwardstories.com for information about remaking the personalised products or refunding non-custom products.

 How long does the illustrative process take?

Our talented illustrator endeavours to develop quality and unique illustrations and requires 5-10 business days to do so. Your book is then sent for printing and binding at a local Brisbane company before picked up for shipping.

 How long does shipping and delivery take?

Delivery timeframes are dependent on your location. You will receive your tracking information once we have posted your book.

Madeline became an avid reader from a young age and developed a passion for writing inspired by her father's poetry. Having a background in Early Intensive Behavioural Intervention and finishing her BA in Education, the founder decided to pursue her childhood dream of publishing children's literature.
